Standard rooms are free standing cottages. Each cottage has 2 separate bedrooms with an inter-leading door. These rooms may be used as 2 separate rooms or the inter-leading door can be opened for couples with older children.

Terms & Conditions
CANCELLATION POLICY

Failure of the customer to arrive, or cancellations made 0 to 14 days prior to the agreed date forfeit 100% of the deposit.

Cancellations made 15 to 28 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 75% of the deposit or 25% of the booking quote value, whichever the greater.

Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to the agreed date of arrival forfeit 50% of the deposit or 25% of the booking total, whichever is the greater.

On receipt of a written instruction, including banking details, from the customer to cancel the reservation, N’taba River Lodge will refund the applicable amount. N’taba River Lodge levies a 15% administration fee on any refund processed.

Children OLDER than 12 years are welcome.

Cribs are NOT available. There are NO extra beds available in rooms.

Rooms are not equipped for heating or preparation of children’s meals.
